How to register as a Northern Heat Vendor

Are you a vendor interested in joining the Northern Heat Rib Series tour this summer?
We are down to our final remaining spots, and space is limited at these locations:

  • Hamilton Mountain (Aug 7–9) | Apply by July 31
  • Orillia (Aug 21–23) | Apply by Aug 14
  • Windsor South (Aug 28–30) | Apply by Aug 21

STEP 1

Register as a NEW vendor (even if you’ve been a loyal vendor in the past), and complete your business profile.

STEP 2

Select your event(s) and any additional add-ons you may require.

STEP 3

Submit your request(s) for approval and review your account status.

STEP 4

View the Summer Payment Schedule.

Tips & Reminders before you begin
  • Save your information as you proceed.
  • Use your account to communicate with Northern Heat throughout the vendor process. (Remember your login credentials!)
  • Know your booth requirements. (Site size, water, power, propane, etc.)
  • Review your submission details.
  • Complete your payment information.
